New Contract Award - Milton Keynes
KBL have secured the contract to deliver Mechanical & Electrical services for a new industrial logistics facility at Milton Keynes.

Sustainability is a key focus for this project, with the development targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating. Our work will include solar PV systems, electric vehicle (EVC) charging stations, air source heat pumps, LED lighting, and advanced metering, all carefully selected to improve energy efficiency and lower carbon emissions.

KBL are excited to announce the completion of our most recent Mechanical & Electrical project at Pride Park in Derby working with IPSUM UK LIMITED.

This fast-paced project involved the design and installation of systems for a two-story office block refurbishment.
