New Contract Award - Milton Keynes
KBL have secured the contract to deliver Mechanical & Electrical services for a new industrial logistics facility at Milton Keynes.
Sustainability is a key focus for this project, with the development targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating. Our work will include solar PV systems, electric vehicle (EVC) charging stations, air source heat pumps, LED lighting, and advanced metering, all carefully selected to improve energy efficiency and lower carbon emissions.
With a commitment to creating a future-ready, high-performance facility, we’re excited to contribute to a development that will set the standard for sustainable construction.
