Project Secured: Historic Old Stables
We're thrilled to announce our latest recently secured project!
“The Old Stables”, an array of historic former stables in this Derbyshire town centre will now become more than a dozen “business studios” aimed at enabling small companies to thrive.
KBL will be responsible for the complete Design and Build Mechanical and Electrical works for this venture.
While part of the existing building has been demolished, the Grade 2 stables will be fully refurbished into studio offices.
